About Anoshi

Hey! I'm Anoshi, guardian of dragons and marketing alchemist.

I began writing in 2017, inspired by motherhood and a desire to leave a legacy for my daughter. What started as a story of her heritage and a map for life soon found itself wrapped in fiction, growing into a novel for all South African children.

The setting is the magnificent Drakensberg – my absolute favourite place in the whole world, and a landscape woven into my family's history there for over a hundred years.

I hold a BA (Hons) in Industrial Psychology and have spent two decades shaping brands, crafting messages, and helping campaigns find their voice across both B2C and B2B organisations.

I enjoy reading and writing adventure fantasy, attending art classes, capturing landscapes through a camera lens, and exploring the Drakensberg, where mountains, dragons, and my imagination roam free.

I'm based in Joburg, South Africa.
